Signature style & technique: Mat’s style is inspired by classic European and American tattooing as well as his background in graffiti. He blends traditional designs with an urban and contemporary perspective.
Availability: Friday - Monday Walk-ins & Appointment. Mat is currently focused on taking his work to the next level, with a special interest in large-scale projects.
Mat Caiazza's work is heavily inspired by traditional European, American and tribal tattooing. Of course, being open to many experiences and several years of tattooing across the globe Mat has been inspired by awesome OG's along the way. All of Matt's flashes are designed and painted by hand that he spends endless hours perfecting and bringing to life.
Mat’s very passionate about the tattoo craft itself: I study, hand-paint my designs, and constantly create new flashes that are ready to tattoo. I value the connection between design and skin, and I enjoy creating pieces that retain the visual power of traditional tattooing - while working with an authentic and personal approach.
No tattoo is too big or small for Mat, although focussing on large-scale work is always an honour.
